CGDI-H-12-0-0工業(yè)DC-DC電源模塊GAIA屬于TETHYS 30 W系列,這是一系列高度可配置的DC/DC薄型電源模塊。該系列設(shè)計用于在高密度印刷電路板上直接實現(xiàn),特別適用于運輸、工業(yè)和電信領(lǐng)域的移動或地面固定應(yīng)用。
該模塊采用480 KHz的高頻固定搖擺技術(shù),具有出色的可靠性、低噪聲特性和薄型封裝。其標稱輸入電壓為24伏,范圍為18-36伏。該系列提供數(shù)千種輸出配置,從單伏、雙路到多達六種可能的輸出電壓,包括3.3、5、12、15、24伏,并具有用于輸出電壓調(diào)節(jié)的微調(diào)和檢測功能。
CGDI系列無需外部散熱器,即可在整個溫度范圍內(nèi)提供30W的輸出功率。所有模塊均設(shè)計有LC網(wǎng)絡(luò)濾波器,以最大限度地減少反射輸入電流紋波和輸出電壓紋波。此外,這些模塊包括軟啟動、輸入欠壓鎖定、永久短路保護、輸出過壓保護和熱保護,以確保有效的模塊保護。
該設(shè)計采用表面貼裝組件進行,并以全自動工藝制造,以保證高質(zhì)量。每個模塊都使用GAIA轉(zhuǎn)換器自動測試設(shè)備進行測試。
