XCL101系列DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器是Torex一種高度集成的升壓轉(zhuǎn)換器,它將線圈和控制IC集成在一個(gè)超小型的封裝中,尺寸僅為2.5 mm x 2.0 mm,高度為1.0 mm。這種設(shè)計(jì)使得XCL101系列非常適合空間受限的應(yīng)用。
該系列轉(zhuǎn)換器的主要特點(diǎn)包括:
- 輸入電壓范圍:0.7V至5.5V,這使得它非常適合使用單節(jié)堿性電池或鎳氫電池的設(shè)備。
- 輸出電壓設(shè)置:輸出電壓可以在1.8V至5.0V的范圍內(nèi)以0.1V的間隔進(jìn)行設(shè)置,精度為±2.0%。
- 高效率:采用PFM(脈沖頻率調(diào)制)控制的同步整流方式,有效降低了消耗電流,提高了轉(zhuǎn)換效率。
- 類型選擇:提供兩種類型,A型和B型在CE(芯片使能)信號(hào)為低電壓時(shí)停止升壓工作,并切斷輸入與輸出之間的導(dǎo)通;C型則在CE為低電壓時(shí)保持輸入和輸出之間的導(dǎo)通狀態(tài)。
- 輸出電流:在輸出電壓為3.3V,輸入電壓為1.8V時(shí),輸出電流可達(dá)80mA。
- 低消耗電流:在輸入電壓等于輸出電壓加0.5V時(shí),消耗電流僅為6.3μA。
- 控制方式:采用PFM控制,開關(guān)電流為350mA。
- 功能:具備輸入旁路模式或負(fù)載切斷功能。
- 外接元件:僅需增加兩個(gè)陶瓷電容即可構(gòu)成完整的升壓電源電路,簡(jiǎn)化了電路設(shè)計(jì)并減少了噪聲和錯(cuò)誤動(dòng)作。
- 工作溫度范圍:-40℃至85℃,適用于廣泛的溫度環(huán)境。
- 環(huán)保:符合環(huán)保要求,對(duì)應(yīng)EU RoHS規(guī)格,無鉛。
